Job Summary
The CRM Coordinator will play a vital role in managing customer relationships and enhancing customer experience through effective CRM strategies. This position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the CRM system is utilized to its fullest potential, driving customer engagement and supporting sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and management of the CRM system.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns.
- Provide training and support to staff on CRM best practices.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in CRM management or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- CRM certification is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software such as Odoo, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
