CRM Executive

We are looking for dynamic CRM Executive with 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Development in U.A.E.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead & Inquiry Management:

· Capture and track leads from online portals, website forms, walk-ins social/Meta campaigns, and referrals.

· Assign and follow up on leads in coordination with the sales team to ensure timely engagement.

· Maintain lead database and monitor follow-up timelines to reduce lead leakage.

CRM System Administration:

· Manage and update CRM platforms (Bitrix24).

· Ensure data accuracy, deduplication, and compliance with company and legal standards.

· Generate automated tasks, reminders, and workflows for sales activities.

Customer & Broker Relationship Management:

· Manage communication across pre-sales, booking, and post-sales phases.

· Send personalized communication (Emails, WhatsApp) to clients and brokers at each stage of the sales journey.

· Communicate reminders, document submission deadlines, and milestone updates.

· Support onboarding of new brokers and ensure they have the necessary project materials.

Documentation Handling (Customers & Brokers):

· Prepare and issue key documents such as Booking forms, Sales Purchase Agreement, Brokerage Registration Agreement to sell (in coordination with legal)

· Assist in the collection and verification of customer KYC documents and required proofs.

· Coordinate with brokers to share company documents for registration

· Track and maintain documentation logs for compliance and auditing purposes.

· Monitor the customer journey from inquiry to booking and handover.

Reporting & Insights:

· Prepare regular reports on lead status, campaign performance, conversion rates, and sales trends.

· Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams for process improvements.

Requirements:

· 3-5 Years experience in real estate CRM operations and documentation workflows in UAE.

· Familiarity with CRM tools “Bitrix24”.

· Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.

· Understanding of real estate documentation, RERA compliance, and KYC norms.
