CRM cum IVF Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and coordination from first contact to post-treatment care
• Provide emotional and informational support to patients undergoing IVF treatment
• Educate patients about procedures, protocols, and financial planning
• Ensure smooth patient flow, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records
• Act as a liaison between doctors and patients for effective communication Preferred Qualifications:
• Graduation or post-graduation in psychology, healthcare, or related fields
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Prior experience in IVF clinics is highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
