The CRM Specialist supports the ME team with ad hoc analysis and reports, ensuring that FENDI CRM guidelines are implemented in the ME network. He/she will provide comprehensive administration and operative support to the other functions.



Job responsibilities


  • :
    Maintain the database clean and reliable, manage clients reassignment and deduplication of profile
  • s.Data Mining, KPIs tracking, Strategic Analysis and Reportin
  • g.Creation and control of target list for all direct marketing activities and in-store event
  • s.Cost control and budgeting activitie
  • s.Ensure dedicated CRM training sessions for all the new joiners & CRM Ambassador
  • s.Implement in-store moments calendar & support in all clienteling activation
  • s.Creation of Competition benchmark report
  • s.Support all logistic and operative activities for the direct marketin
  • g.Support coordination between retail, merchandising and communication through the formalization of event
