Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to support our marketing and sales teams by building, customizing, and optimizing our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM application, workflows, and integrations, as well as experience with dashboard and report creation within the CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the company’s CRM platform

· Develop and manage dashboards and reports

· Ensure all customer data is accurately recorded and kept up-to-date in the CRM system

· Train other staff members on the use of the CRM system

· Conduct regular audits of the CRM system to ensure data integrity

· Analyze customer interactions and data within the CRM system to provide feedback and recommendations for improving customer service and sales strategies

· Identify and resolve CRM system issues

· Optimize and customize existing assets including landing pages, emails, and forms

· Build and maintain automation workflows, lists, and lead scoring models

· Work with internal and external teams to maintain application integrations

· Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure platform performance and reliability

· Stay up to date with features, best practices, and industry trends

Requirements & Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience working with CRM

· Experience building custom modules, email templates, and dashboards in CRM

· Knowledge of workflows, lead nurturing, and marketing automation

· Familiarity with APIs and integrating with external systems

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Background in digital marketing or user experience

Skills:

· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
