CRM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to support our marketing and sales teams by building, customizing, and optimizing our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM application, workflows, and integrations, as well as experience with dashboard and report creation within the CRM.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the company’s CRM platform
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports
  • Ensure all customer data is accurately recorded and kept up-to-date in the CRM system
  • Train other staff members on the use of the CRM system
  • Conduct regular audits of the CRM system to ensure data integrity
  • Analyze customer interactions and data within the CRM system to provide feedback and recommendations for improving customer service and sales strategies
  • Identify and resolve CRM system issues
  • Optimize and customize existing assets including landing pages, emails, and forms
  • Build and maintain automation workflows, lists, and lead scoring models
  • Work with internal and external teams to maintain application integrations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure platform performance and reliability
  • Stay up to date with features, best practices, and industry trends

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working with CRM
  • Experience building custom modules, email templates, and dashboards in CRM
  • Knowledge of workflows, lead nurturing, and marketing automation
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrating with external systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Background in digital marketing or user experience
