We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to support our marketing and sales teams by building, customizing, and optimizing our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM application, workflows, and integrations, as well as experience with dashboard and report creation within the CRM.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Manage the company’s CRM platform

Develop and manage dashboards and reports

Ensure all customer data is accurately recorded and kept up-to-date in the CRM system

Train other staff members on the use of the CRM system

Conduct regular audits of the CRM system to ensure data integrity

Analyze customer interactions and data within the CRM system to provide feedback and recommendations for improving customer service and sales strategies

Identify and resolve CRM system issues

Optimize and customize existing assets including landing pages, emails, and forms
-
Build and maintain automation workflows, lists, and lead scoring models
-
Work with internal and external teams to maintain application integrations
-
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure platform performance and reliability

Stay up to date with features, best practices, and industry trends
Requirements & Qualifications

2+ years of experience working with CRM
-
Experience building custom modules, email templates, and dashboards in CRM
-
Knowledge of workflows, lead nurturing, and marketing automation
-
Familiarity with APIs and integrating with external systems
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Background in digital marketing or user experience
