Job Description


As a CRM Team Leader, you will lead, coach, and manage a team to ensure team performance, provide guidance and support, optimize CRM techniques, and communicate effectively. Our objective is to provide unique customer experiences through tailored engagement. Ultimately, your role will contribute to building effective customer relationships, achieving key performance indicators, and ensuring the successful delivery of our CRM strategy.

Reporting to the CRM Manager you will be part of the CRM team and help drive team perfrmance.

What you will do

  • Responsible for direct leadership, supervision, development, and engagement of 13-14 Campaign Executives in delivering excellent results
  • Provides guidance and support to all direct reports through regular meetings and coaching sessions in order to drive performance
  • Manages all team conduct and performance conversations including investigation and formal disciplinary hearings in consultation with HR and completes all HR documentation and any other related files. Handles all payroll-related issues and concerns of the team members and escalates when needed
  • Monitors completed and/ or ongoing campaigns and identifies performance gaps. Coaches employees for performance improvement resolves day-to-day issues and problems, and provides leadership and subject matter technical expertise.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives, product updates, and policy changes are directly communicated to the team.
  • Optimising CRM techniques including segmentation, campaign planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience executing B2C email and CRM campaigns
  • Good knowledge of CRM communication channels (Email, SMS, Push, Inbox, and Overlay) and overall campaign best practices
  • SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Optimove, Indigo, and Text Local user knowledge is an advantage
  • Highly effective communication skills (verbal, written, technical, and presentational), actively listens to others and conveys complex messages clearly and concisely.
  • Good IT skills including high levels of experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.,)
  • Good technical skills in HTML required
  • Experience of working with Content and/or Campaign planners preferred
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills and can work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to critically assess own performance and the performance of assigned team
  • In-depth analytical skills and detail-oriented.
