CRO -Tele Sales

To ensure the customer satisfaction level is maximum at any given point of time.

Given Revenue Targets are achieved with good gross profits.

Duties as below but not restricted to:

To Market the Companies Service Contracts & Genuine consumables.

1.1

CRO- Tele Sales Executive shall update list of prospect customer list on a regular basis from new machine installations, other client base thru Internet/Telephone Directory and Existing Customers of Company

1.2

CRO shall approach them and market about the Service contracts & consumable products available with Company and various offers; bring awareness about genuine consumables & sole distributorship of Company; shall proactively check other sources of Business i.e., Tenders, leads from the Engineers/other staff and approach them. Update the customer feedback with remarks in prospect list, make a regular follow up

Ensure the Optimum Satisfaction of the customers at all stages.

Sell the Service Contracts, Consumables to Clients

2.1

The CRO -Tele Sales Executive receives the consumables/lower-end machine inquiry directly from the customer, based on follow ups, helpdesk, sales department etc.

2.2

Submits the quotation to the customer from the standard Price List; for items of 3rd party consumables, CRO takes help of Service Manager. Follow up and execute the order; ensure timely delivery with help of Logistics team. If there is any prior pending payments issue with client; with help of collection & Finance team; attempt to resolve the issue

2.3

Once the order is delivered, CRO shall make a courtesy call to the client which will build Trust & Confidence of the Client with the concerned CRO & on Company; This will also help a Repeat Business with Organization

2.4

Follow up on Payments over phone/ email on the payments pending for orders processed

2.5

CRO shall be self-driven, energetic & keep searching for new prospects

Required to: Meet the Assigned Sales Targets & Give a daily report on activity that has taken place during the day to the Reporting Manager.
