Job Summary:

Euro Infotech Manpower d.o.o, a newly established manpower supply company in Croatia, is looking for a proactive HR Assistant Recruiter with prior recruitment experience. The role involves supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, managing candidate pipelines, and coordinating closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure timely manpower deployment. Fluency in Croatian and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles across multiple sectors (construction, logistics, hospitality, healthcare, etc.).

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.

Manage candidate databases, CV records, and recruitment trackers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.

Prepare and process job offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.

Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Assist in ensuring compliance with Croatian labor laws, recruitment standards, and client requirements.

Support the HR and recruitment team with market updates and candidate availability reports.

Liaise with clients to clarify job requirements, candidate specifications, and placement timelines.

Requirements:

Croatian nationality (mandatory).

2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment or HR (manpower/recruitment industry preferred).

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and local employment laws.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in both Croatian and English (spoken and written).

Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects and work independently with minimal supervision.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
