We are looking for a Customer Service and IT Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including coordinating activities, managing correspondence, and supporting the team with clerical tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support such as mailing, scanning, and copying documents.
  • Take regular follow-ups from clients and ensure timely communication and response to their queries.
  • Prepare, manage, and file official documents and reports using MS Word.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of office activities, meetings, and events.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of office expenses, client interactions, and other important documentation.
  • Support team members in day-to-day tasks, including managing appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that the office is stocked with necessary materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
  • Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or IT administration role.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux environments.
  • Experience with Office 365, antivirus, backup solutions, and IT security tools.
  • Familiarity with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) is a plus.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and recovery procedures are in place and functioning.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, purchases, and support when required.
  • Keep inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and tools relevant to the organization’s needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
