Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Salary: Starting from PKR 50,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Amazing Incentives

Work Location: Rehman Travels, Block E, G-6/2 Blue Area, Islamabad

Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our fast-paced travel agency team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide expert guidance on travel products and services, manage bookings, resolve inquiries, and ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Assist clients in choosing travel destinations, flights, accommodations, Umrah packages, and related services.
• Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, and refunds accurately.
• Address customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Stay updated on airline policies, visa/Umrah requirements, travel regulations, and destination information.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Promote and sell travel packages and provide additional services to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with clients to confirm bookings and ensure all travel documents are provided on time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English (professional proficiency required).
• Candidates who can speak Spanish, Arabic, or Chinese fluently will be given strong preference.
• Bachelor’s Degree (no students).
• Previous Travel Agency experience (Visa, Ticketing, STA, Immigration, and Umrah Packages).
• Focused, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills to meet sales targets.
