CSR- Paint Industry

Job Summary

The Sales Associate supports sales activities by assisting customers, promoting paint products, maintaining shop displays, and helping achieve sales targets. This role focuses on customer handling, product knowledge, and daily sales support in retail or dealer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable paint products and shades
• Explain product features, usage, and benefits clearly to customers
• Support sales officers and dealers in daily sales activities
• Maintain proper product display, shade cards, and branding materials
• Handle walk-in customers and generate counter sales
• Assist in order booking and coordination with the sales team
• Keep records of daily sales, stock, and customer inquiries
• Support promotional activities, demos, and product launches
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales area
• Provide basic after-sales support and handle customer queries

Requirements:

· Have good command on excel

· Have good typing speed in English or Urdu both.

· Have good Communication skill.

· Comfortable using a computer and CRM software

· Patient, organized, and solution-focused

· High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus)

Qualification:

BBA-Marketing / BS ( Prefer ) Female

Have good knowledge about Computer

Experience:

Must have minimum 3 years experience as a CSR/ Customer Dealing
