CSR Agent

We are looking for an experienced CSR to manage USA-based clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of customer service experience and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

2+ years of CSR experience (preferably with USA clients)

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Experience with CRM software

Ability to work in different shifts (USA time zones)

Positive attitude and problem-solving skills

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
