Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our sales team in the packaging industry, specializing in custom boxes and packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales by providing tailored packaging solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the custom packaging sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable custom box and packaging solutions.
• Provide accurate quotations, prepare proposals, and follow up to close sales.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in packaging, printing, or B2B industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them to clients.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
