CSR (Custom Packaging)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our packaging division, specializing in custom boxes and packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in need of custom packaging solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored packaging solutions (custom boxes, printed packaging, eco-friendly options, etc.).
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new packaging technologies.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (packaging/custom boxes industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to generate leads and build long-term client relationships.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Location: Garden Town, Lahore

Timings: 8PM - 5AM / 3AM - 12PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
