We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and articulate Female Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage our communication channels and drive student engagement. You will play a pivotal role in representing [Institute Name], converting inquiries into admissions, and providing exceptional support to students and their families throughout their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound/Outbound Communication:
- Professionally manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
- Serve as the first point of contact, providing a positive and welcoming experience for all callers.
- Information Dissemination:
- Provide accurate, detailed, and up-to-date information regarding course curricula, fee structures, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and institute policies.
- Guide prospective students through the available program options to find the best fit for their goals.
- Lead Generation & Management:
- Proactively generate qualified leads through outbound calling campaigns and follow-ups on marketing inquiries.
- Meticulously maintain and update with all prospect interactions, notes, and status changes.
- Conduct diligent and persistent follow-ups with prospective students via phone, email, and SMS to guide them through the admission funnel.
- Admission Campaign Support:
- Actively participate in and support various admission drives, open houses, educational fairs, and other promotional activities.
- Effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our institute and courses.
- Query Resolution & Support:
- Respond promptly and courteously to all queries from existing students and parents, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with students and parents to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Urdu.
- Proven experience as a CSR, Telecaller, or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the education sector.
- Impeccable phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasive and convincing ability with a passion for helping others.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
