Key Responsibilities:
● Develop & maintain strategic relationships with clients to grow business.
● Identify potential clients.
● Maintain a good relationship with the clients and stay in close contact to discuss their requirements.
● Overall responsibility for activities supporting the business leads.
● Stay up-to-date with product & market knowledge.
● Take overall responsibility for managing buyer activities that support business growth and sales targets.
● Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, property values, financing options, and competitor listings.
● Establish best practices.
● Monitor and report on sales performance analytics via CRM.
● Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
● Other tasks given by the company from time to time.
Required Experience & Skills:
● Having a 3 YOE background in Real Estate Residential Project is a plus.
● Excellent spoken communication skills.
● Strong ability to convince, negotiate, and close bookings.
● Professional attitude and customer-oriented approach.
● You must have a deep understanding of the Karachi Real Estate market.
Compensation:
● Basic salary + attractive incentive on each site visits/booking.
● High earning potential for strong performers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi (On-Site)
