CSR (Packaging Industry)

Position: Customer Sales Representative (Packaging Industry – Custom Boxes)
Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Shift: 8pm - 5am
Preference: Female candidates encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements for custom packaging (custom boxes, printed packaging, eco-friendly options, etc.).
• Provide accurate product information, quotations, and tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up for client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/customer service (packaging industry experience is a plus).
• Confident, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
