CSR – Sales Campaign

Role Description

This is a full-time, nightshift, on-site role for an Outbound Sales Representativ. The Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, engaging with them through phone call.Other day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, ability to present solutions, and meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify leads efficiently.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic technical proficiency with digital tools and platforms.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:45 AM.
