Manager – Cultural & Internal Communication

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

Develop and implement innovative internal communication and culture strategies.

Ensure business strategies, initiatives, and projects are communicated effectively to employees and stakeholders.

Create engaging content for internal channels (newsletters, CEO messages, presentations, Teams, etc.).

Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple departments to drive alignment.

Ensure internal messages are consistent across all media and aligned with external communications.

Support crisis and issues management by providing internal comms content as needed.

Lead corporate CSR initiatives and identify new opportunities to strengthen our social impact.
What We’re Looking For

Graduate degree in a related field (Communications, Journalism, PR, or similar).

5–15 years’ experience in organizational/internal communications.
-
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the confidence to advise senior executives.
-
Creative mindset with proven ability to develop effective communication strategies.
-
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
-
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
