Cultural and Internal Communication Manager

Join our team as a Manager – Cultural & Internal Communication , where you’ll play a key role in fostering trust, improving knowledge sharing, and ensuring our people are aligned with the company’s vision and goals.


What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement innovative internal communication and culture strategies.
  • Ensure business strategies, initiatives, and projects are communicated effectively to employees and stakeholders.
  • Create engaging content for internal channels (newsletters, CEO messages, presentations, Teams, etc.).
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple departments to drive alignment.
  • Ensure internal messages are consistent across all media and aligned with external communications.
  • Support crisis and issues management by providing internal comms content as needed.
  • Lead corporate CSR initiatives and identify new opportunities to strengthen our social impact.


What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate degree in a related field (Communications, Journalism, PR, or similar).
  • 5–15 years’ experience in organizational/internal communications.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the confidence to advise senior executives.
  • Creative mindset with proven ability to develop effective communication strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
