Curriculum Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF (National Curriculum Framework) guidelines.
• Integrate activity-based, experiential, and competency-driven learning approaches into lesson planning.
• Develop structured lesson objectives, teaching aids, worksheets, and assessment tools.
• Ensure lesson plans promote critical thinking, creativity, and holistic development of students.
• Collaborate with subject experts, academic coordinators, and teachers to refine and standardize lesson content.
• Stay updated with NCERT, NEP, and CBSE/State Board guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Incorporate digital resources, interactive methods, and child-centric pedagogy where applicable.
• Review, edit, and update existing lesson plans to maintain quality and relevance.
• Provide training support to teachers on implementing the designed lesson plans effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred).
• Strong understanding of NEP 2020 and NCF frameworks.
• Prior experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or lesson planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to design engaging, interactive, and student-centered learning materials.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with e-learning tools is an advantage.
