Job Summary Customer Acquisitions & BNPL Ops

Objective: To lead customer acquisition and manage the BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) operational ecosystem. This role requires a well-connected professional who can leverage existing local networks to expand company resources and negotiate high-impact collaborations.

1. Strategic Partnerships & Local Resource Expansion

  • Resource Networking: Utilize a pre-existing portfolio of local company contacts to accelerate business growth.
  • External Outreach: Identify and negotiate with digital (apps, e-commerce) and offline partners using CPS (Cost Per Sale) models.
  • Partnership Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end negotiation process, from initial pitch to commercial closing, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Expansion Strategy: Proactively scout new industries (e.g., Education, Solar, or Freelance sectors) for BNPL integration.

2. Fintech & Technical Operations

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with device-locking providers for license procurement and API integration.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve OS-level issues and manage dashboard enrollment.
  • Onboarding: Conduct demos and technical walkthroughs for new mobile distribution and retail partners.

3. Market Analysis & Product Intelligence

  • Benchmarking: Conduct weekly price audits of mobile models against competitors to ensure competitiveness.
  • Mystery Shopping: Audit competitor customer journeys and risk controls to refine internal onboarding and collection processes.
  • Supply Chain Sourcing: Shortlist reliable mobile distributors to ensure inventory stability.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Legal & Compliance: Vet SLAs and trade-in agreements to ensure alignment with SECP and local regulatory frameworks.
  • Finance & Invoicing: Manage the approval workflow for media agency payments and vendor invoices via internal ERP systems.

Candidate Profile

  • Local Expertise: Must possess an active network of corporate and retail resources.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in Partnerships, Business Development, or Fintech Operations.
  • Skills: Proven track record in high-stakes negotiation; proficient in Excel/data analysis and project management tools.
  • Mindset: A "hunter" mentality for resource expansion with the ability to bridge technical requirements and business goals.
  • Education: MBA or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
