Job Description – Customer Care Executive

Location: Jalgaon, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers with good communication skills may apply)

About the Role

As a Customer Care Executive at S.K. Translines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience. You will also support operational teams by coordinating with clients and ensuring timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from customers.
  • Provide information about shipments, delivery schedules, and company services.
  • Register customer complaints/issues and ensure quick resolution.
  • Coordinate with operations, accounts, and logistics teams for updates.
  • Maintain daily call logs, feedback, and issue tracking in company records.
  • Build positive customer relationships with polite and professional communication.
  • Follow up with customers until their issue/query is fully resolved.
  • Assist in customer retention by ensuring satisfaction and timely support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
  • Good telephone etiquette and problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp / Email handling.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in logistics, transport, or customer service will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
