Customer Care Executive – Courier & Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Assist customers with booking, tracking, and delivery updates.
  • Coordinate with operations team to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain records of leads, complaints, and follow-ups.
  • Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
  • Previous experience in customer support or courier industry is a plus.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
