The Customer Care Executive serves as the first point of contact for patients, attendants, and visitors. The role is responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience, handling inquiries efficiently, coordinating services across departments, and upholding Indiana Hospital’s values of care, compassion, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:Front Office & Patient Interaction

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously at reception or help desks.
  • Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and queue management.
  • Guide patients to respective departments, doctors, or diagnostic areas.
  • Address and resolve patient queries promptly and professionally.

Communication & Coordination

  • Answer incoming calls, provide accurate information, and route calls appropriately.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and other departments for smooth patient service.
  • Maintain effective communication between patients and the hospital team.

Administrative Support

  • Ensure accurate entry of patient data into the HIS (Hospital Information System).
  • Handle admission and discharge formalities efficiently.
  • Assist in billing coordination, document collection, and report delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect patient information at all times.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Collect patient feedback and escalate complaints to the supervisor for resolution.
  • Support patient satisfaction initiatives and service quality improvement programs.
  • Ensure a welcoming environment that reflects the hospital’s brand and values.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
