Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation.
- Verify customer details such as address, product selection, and payment mode.
- Clearly explain order details, expected dispatch timelines, and delivery updates.
- Share order status (confirmed, packed, dispatched, out for delivery, etc.).
- Handle basic customer queries with confidence and clarity.
- Maintain call records, update CRM/order dashboard.
- Coordinate with the operations/logistics team for smooth order processing.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and a professional communication experience.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi + Fluent English (As mostly customer are south Indians).
- Confident and polite phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets is a plus).
- Ability to work responsibly without constant supervision.
- Prior experience in customer calling/support is an advantage, but not mandatory.
