Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation.
  • Verify customer details such as address, product selection, and payment mode.
  • Clearly explain order details, expected dispatch timelines, and delivery updates.
  • Share order status (confirmed, packed, dispatched, out for delivery, etc.).
  • Handle basic customer queries with confidence and clarity.
  • Maintain call records, update CRM/order dashboard.
  • Coordinate with the operations/logistics team for smooth order processing.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and a professional communication experience.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Hindi + Fluent English (As mostly customer are south Indians).
  • Confident and polite phone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets is a plus).
  • Ability to work responsibly without constant supervision.
  • Prior experience in customer calling/support is an advantage, but not mandatory.
