Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Customer Care / Business Development Executive to join our outbound telecalling team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with USA and Canada-based clients, explaining services, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in USA & Canada.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
• Follow communication scripts and process guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass
• Good spoken English is mandatory
• Only male candidates
• Prior telecalling/US shift experience is a plus
• Ability to handle targets and maintain professionalism

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives based on performance

Work Hours: 6:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
