Job Title: Customer Care Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our consumer electronics team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong product understanding, and the ability to resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in building brand trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social channels.
  • Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and usage guidance for consumer electronics products.
  • Register and track customer complaints, warranty claims, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (service center, logistics, technical team) to ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Identify and report recurring issues, escalate critical cases to senior support or tech teams.
  • Upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services (if applicable).
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality guidelines, and company policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer care processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in consumer electronics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications (training will be provided).
  • Problem-solving attitude with strong ownership of customer issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing tools.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
