Goodwill, one of the most trusted names in PVC pipes and water tank manufacturing, is seeking a smart and energetic female candidate for the role of Customer Care Executive. This is a full-time office-based position suitable for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B. Com graduate

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in customer care or related administrative/accounting roles

• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

o Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and basic accounting principles

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Location Preference: Candidates residing within 10–15 km radius of Kazhakoottam

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally

• Maintain and update customer records in Tally and internal systems

• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for timely order processing and delivery

• Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections from customers

• Generate and share account statements with clients

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of customer interactions and transactions

• Provide regular reports to the management on receivables and customer feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
