Customer Care Executive (Female) – Apparel Brand (E-commerce)

India

We are a growing apparel brand specializing in innerwear and shapewear, selling across leading e-commerce platforms in India. As we expand, we are looking to hire a female Customer Care Executive to join our team and help us deliver an excellent customer experience.

Role: Customer Care Executive (Female)

Location: On-site at our Vasai East office

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat
  • Handle issues related to orders, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensure fast and friendly communication to maintain high satisfaction

Key Requirements:

  • Female candidate only
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Good typing speed and strong written communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience (preferably in e-commerce or apparel) is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Must be located in or around Vasai East and able to work from the office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
