Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries about properties, services, and processes.
  • Resolve complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with property viewings, leasing, and sales support.
  • Maintain records of client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to meet client needs.
  • Provide post-sale support, including maintenance or contract queries.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience in real estate is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

LOCATION: OPPOSITE TO MALIR CANTT MAIN JINNAH AVENUE ROAD KARACHI.
