Customer Care Representative

Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Care Representative who can handle customer queries and manage sales calls professionally. The ideal candidate should be confident, friendly, and good at communication.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Respond to messages and inquiries
• Assist customers with product/service information
• Manage sales calls and convert leads into customers
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional way
• Maintain records of calls and customer data

Requirements:

• Good communication and speaking skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Confidence in dealing with customers
• Sales experience is a plus (not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
