Customer Chat Support Specialist Ecommerce

Looking for experienced Customer Support having experience Shopify Store Management and Client Support for UK-Based Customers via Chats and Emails. Please note: This role will not only be emails, you will be assigned additional tasks which involve cost calculating, budgeting as well as creating various spreadsheets.

1. To work from office - Monday to Saturday. Address (Address: Johar Town Lahore near Emporium)

2. Have experience in Shopify/Wordpress OR an Online E-commerce Platform.

3. Email customer service - Call centre experience is not VALID.

4. Can speak, understand, read and write in English at a high level. * Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat * Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

* Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members * Inform customers about new features and functionalities * Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

* Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams * Assist in training junior Chat support agents * Experience as an email Support Agent or similar CS role

* Familiarity with our industry is a plus * Experience using help desk software and remote support tools * Understanding of how CRM systems work

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Multi-tasking abilities * Patience when handling tough cases

Address: Johar Town Lahore near Emporium Onsite Position Working together in a team based office for UK Companies to handle customer enquiries and day to day tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
