Customer Engagement Executive
Location: Lahore (On-site)

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Engagement Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in client services or customer success. However, freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for customer service are also encouraged to apply.

As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering exceptional support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and support requests via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, staying up to date on new features and updates
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges; escalate issues to relevant departments as needed
  • Accurately log and track customer interactions using CRM tools for future reference and reporting
  • Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Product Development, and Marketing) to address client needs and improve service delivery
  • Share feedback and insights on recurring issues or customer trends to support process improvements
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills and product knowledge

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a customer support or client services role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English, with a professional and empathetic tone
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the confidence to manage challenging situations
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple client issues simultaneously
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for customer success
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting or working in a BPO/call center environment is a plus
  • Age Limit: Less than 40

Shift Timings

  • Summer: 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Winter: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Note: This is an on-site role. Remote work is not available for this position.

Ability to Commute: Must be able to commute to Lahore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
