Role Overview

We are looking for a Fresh Customer Experience Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how to deliver outstanding customer service in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the full client journey — from onboarding to after-sales support.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Design, and Finance) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Collect feedback from clients and support continuous service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, or a similar field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
