Job Summary

BridgeNatix is hiring 2 Customer Experience Executives in Lahore to support, a premium garment care and luxury services brand.

This role is for candidates with excellent spoken and written English, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to handle demanding customers with professionalism, calmness, and care.

You will be responsible for managing customer communication across email, live chat, and phone calls, while coordinating closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

This is not a basic call centre role. We are looking for polished, organised, and service-minded people who can represent a premium brand properly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries across email, live chat, and phone calls
  • Provide clear, professional, and timely responses to customers
  • Manage customer conversations using Zendesk
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls using RingCentral
  • Support customers with order updates, collection and delivery queries, complaints, service questions, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate closely with dispatch and operations teams to track orders and resolve issues
  • Respond to demanding or sensitive customer situations calmly and professionally
  • Keep accurate notes, updates, and records in the system
  • Escalate urgent or unresolved matters appropriately
  • Maintain a premium tone of voice across all customer touchpoints
  • Work efficiently across multiple tasks and systems at the same time

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong phone manners and confidence speaking with premium or demanding customers
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, live chat, or call handling
  • Experience using Zendesk or similar customer support software
  • Experience using RingCentral or other call systems is preferred
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle complaints professionally
  • Good coordination skills with dispatch or operations teams
  • Strong sense of responsibility, follow-up, and ownership
  • Professional attitude and presentable communication style

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in luxury, hospitality, premium retail, lifestyle services, or high-end customer support
  • Experience handling email, live chat, and phone channels together
  • Experience in dispatch coordination, logistics support, or order tracking
  • Experience working with demanding customers and service recovery situations
