Are you the high-potential CRM Growth Expert we are searching for? Join our Digital Banking and CRM Tribe to lead the charge in customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value-powered by smart CRM systems and data-driven strategies.

If you think you have the following qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably from, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, customer growth, or data-driven marketing roles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset with strong project management capabilities
• High accountability to results - ability to manage program outcomes to metrics
• Strong experience in data analysis with proficiency in tools such as SAS, SQL, or similar
• Good command of MS office programs especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with multicultural or global audiences is a strong plus

If you think, you may take charge of the following responsibilities.

• Define, implement, and optimize CRM strategy across the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to win back
• Use data-driven insights to define customer segments and create targeted campaigns to improve onboarding, upsell/cross-sell, reduce churn, and increase loyalty
• Track campaign performance, share insights with stakeholders, and refine offers and targets accordingly.
• Deeply understand customer behavior, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities to re-engage and retain our customer base through innovative product solutions
• Work seamlessly with a dedicated team of engineers, product managers, data scientists, and business analysts. You'll be the glue that connects these disciplines, fostering a shared understanding and driving alignment towards common goals
• Track key performance metrics and create feedback loops to refine strategies effectively.
• Update and support Global contacts for related responsibilities, implement global solutions locally and ensure alignment with international best practices.
