Manager – Customer Insights | MAF Retail | Retail Corporate Egypt


ROLE SUMMARY

The Manager – Customer Insights will play a critical role in leveraging internal and external data to identify trends, monitor performance and support business decisions. They will be managing projects to collect, analyze and translate customer data into actionable insights to drive business performance and deepen market and customer understanding.


ROLE PROFILE

  • Lead research projects to address business priorities and needs
  • Develop research material to support Marketing Communications and other functions (Corporate) and country teams in decision-making process
  • Leverage Carrefour customer databases to conduct surveys in-house for agility and cost efficiency
  • Synthetize and integrate internal and external data to impact business metrics
  • Manage and liaise with agencies to ensure data accuracy and deliverables reliability
  • Lead analysis and reporting to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities and address challenges
  • Identify and share market and retail trends to influence business decisions
  • Manage research agencies and client servicing teams to ensure service and delivery standards are met


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 5+ years in market research and previous experience managing FMCG research projects is a plus.
  • Multinational Experience is required.
  • Strong Communications skills.
  • Stakeholder Management.
