Customer Leasing Support

The purpose of this position is to work directly with clients and tenants and ensures that all payments by clients are duly received on time as agreed, without delay and completes all required month end closing activities.

• Responsible for closing the new contracts with leasing consultants and follow up with tenant for renewal of contracts.
• Prepares tenancy contract after receiving the required documents from the tenants.
• Collect payments as cash or cheque for new & renewal contract and prepare the payment receipt.
• Update all the tenants required information and data in CRM and keep soft copy of all required documents in the system.
• Filling and keeping of files of all required tenants’ documents for each building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

• Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
