Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to act as a bridge between customers and our sales team, ensuring smooth coordination, customer satisfaction, and timely documentation during the vehicle buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
• Assist customers during vehicle delivery and documentation.
• Schedule and follow up on test drives.
• Collect customer feedback and ensure post-delivery satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales consultants and the back-office team.
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer handling or sales support preferred.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month
