Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction, and handling inquiries or complaints efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Maintain customer records and update databases
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred)
