Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Relations Executive to join UNO Capital’s esteemed team. This multifaceted role combines exceptional client service, administrative support, and sales acumen within the exciting Citizenship by Investment industry. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will deliver outstanding experiences, provide administrative support to our Director, and contribute to our sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement via Phone: Efficiently handle incoming client inquiries, providing detailed information about our Citizenship by Investment and Residency programs, qualifying leads, and directing calls to the appropriate team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Reception Management: Serve as the welcoming face of UNO Capital, greeting visitors, maintaining a professional and organized front office, managing mail and deliveries, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our Dubai headquarters.
  • Administrative Support for the Director: Provide part-time secretarial support to the Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, drafting correspondence, and organizing documents to enhance executive efficiency.
  • Sales Initiatives: Proactively conduct outbound sales calls to engage prospective clients, promote our investment programs, follow up on leads, and collaborate with the team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to uphold UNO Capital’s commitment to exceptional client service and contribute to a cohesive, high-performing office environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles; prior experience in sales or the investment/immigration industry is highly advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with a diverse, international clientele.
  • Fluency in English or Russian (written and verbal); proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Arabic or Mandarin) is a strong asset, with a preference for native Russian speakers to serve our global client base.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Schedule and Location

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Location: On-site at our modern office in The Onyx Tower 2, The Greens, Dubai, UAE.
