The Role
Position Title: Customer Relations Executive – Business Center Employment Type: Full Time Salary: depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A business hub provider in Dubai. Job Description • Building relationships with potential customers and converting leads into new clients. • Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. • Managing customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints across various channels, including email, phone, and social media. • Collaborating with other internal departments to optimise the existing customer experience.

Requirements

• Open to all Female multilingual speakers, 35 years old below and with valid UAE Driver's License. • At least bachelor’s degree with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Must be fluent into communicating with clients & managers via phone and email in a firm and friendly way. • With 2 years’ experience in managing customer service in a Business Centre or Corporate setting.
