NYCF Business Solutions is a fast-growing investment firm dedicated to helping clients grow and manage their wealth through smart, strategic investment opportunities. We are expanding our outreach team and seeking energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused professionals to join us.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data sources.
  • Introduce customers to our company’s investment services and financial products.
  • Educate customers about available investment opportunities and company benefits.
  • Convince and guide potential investors to understand the value of investing with our company.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up visits for interested clients with our senior investment advisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of financial or investment concepts (training will be provided).
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or Excel-based reporting.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer relationship management is an advantage.
