Job Description:

Digisparo is looking for a professional and motivated Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via calls and follow-ups
• Provide information about company services
• Maintain positive client relationships
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Achieve assigned targets

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Call center or sales experience preferred
