Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000/month + Commission

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Relationship Associate to join our on-site team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and building strong, long-term relationships. Your contributions will be key to enhancing client satisfaction, boosting retention, and supporting the company’s growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the dedicated contact for assigned clients, providing timely and professional support.
  • Partner with Client Managers to understand client objectives and recommend tailored services.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth handover and setup.
  • Track client performance data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Address client queries promptly and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records using CRM tools.
  • Generate and deliver regular performance reports for internal and client-facing use.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure client success.
  • Stay current on industry developments to provide valuable insights that drive client retention and growth.
  • Consistently achieve KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or B2B sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and client management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S./Canadian time zones

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
