JOB ROLE OF A CRM IN A CAR RENTAL COMPANY –

identify popular car models and optimal rental locations.

5. By providing personalized service and efficient, reliable interactions, a

Key Responsibilities –

personalized experiences and marketing efforts.

 Relationship Building:

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients through

regular communication and follow-up programs.

 Complaint Resolution:

Promptly and efficiently resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure

satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.

 Data Analysis:

Analyzing customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can

inform CRM strategies, improve customer experience, and boost sales.

 Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Working closely with marketing & sales, and logistics teams to create unified,

customer-centric strategies and optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications -

 Strong Communication Skills: For effective customer interaction and

strategy development.

 Customer Service Orientation: A strong track record of exceeding
