Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
• Work closely with the billing team to ensure timely and accurate medical billing processes.
• Support CRM data analysis and reporting to enhance business performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures in all CRM-related tasks.

Requirements:

• A clear American accent.
• Proven experience in medical billing is mandatory.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and medical billing software (e.g., EHR systems).
• Strong understanding of billing workflows and coordination between CRM and billing teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).

Timings & Location:

• This is a Night shift position (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site and located in Rawalpindi.
• Near Old Airport. Fazal Town Phase 2, Rawalpindi.
