Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Relationship Managers (CRM) for a voice-based inbound process. The role involves handling customer queries and concerns over calls, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve customer queries and concerns via inbound calls
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling customer interactions
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions
  • Uphold service quality standards and meet performance metrics

Qualification

  • Any Graduation (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi preferred
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Salary

  • Freshers: ₹17,000 in hand (CTC: 2.55 LPA)
  • Experienced: Up to ₹27,000 in hand (CTC: 3.7 LPA)

Shift Timings

  • Male: Between 7:00 AM – 12:30 AM (any 9.5-hour shift)
  • Female: Between 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM (any 9.5-hour shift)

Work Schedule

  • 5 days working
  • 2 rotational week offs
