Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

• Basic Knowledge of MS office with good communication skills.
• Resolving customer queries through mail and calls.
• Maintain good relationship with the customers.
• Up selling and cross selling products and services to the existing customers.
• New customer on-boarding through references of existing customers.
• MIS and report submission
• Key Account Handling of the Existing Customers
• Preferred Candidate from Logistics Background
• Age Below 35 Years - Male Candidate Preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
